My fees

I’m a York-based freelancer providing marketing and PR consultancy without the price tag of a York marketing or PR agency.

I often work with charities, small businesses and the public sector so I’m very mindful of ensuring that my freelance work is cost effective and value for money, making sure that every penny works as hard as possible for you.

If you’re exploring whether to work with a freelancer, a York PR agency or to employ a temporary staff member, you might find my blog helpful.

As a freelancer, I’m very flexible about how I work with clients and will work with you to agree a fee based on your specific needs and budget. I work with some clients on occasional one-off pieces of work, such as developing a marketing strategy, organising a press event writing an annual report. For other clients, I work with them on an ongoing monthly retainer to deliver all their marketing and PR requirements throughout the year.

I also have experience of delivering marketing for funded projects and am often engaged to support teams who have successfully raised funds for a large project. I have experience of delivering marketing activity and project evaluation reports for National Lottery Heritage Fund projects and Arts Council, Historic England and North Yorkshire Council funded projects. I have a strong focus on monitoring and evaluation, always looking at what is working and what could work harder.

Whether you need support because you don’t have any marketing team or whether you need support that fits into an existing team, I can be your expert or fit seamlessly into your business as an extension to your team whenever you need it. I can also work alongside any agencies you have in place and even help make sure you are managing them effectively. All this for far less than you would pay for a York marketing or PR agency.

I’d love to chat and find out more about your business and give you some ideas for how I can support you.
