I specialise in working with non profits, charities and SMEs to help unpick and boost your marketing. I start by getting to know you and under the skin of your marketing including how it aligns (or not) with your business objectives. We’ll agree key areas for me to review. Who are your audiences and how well do you communicate with them? Do you even know who your audiences are? What marketing channels are you currently using and are they right for your audiences? What is working well or what isn’t – do you monitor or evaluate? What social media channels are you using and are they resonating with your audiences? I’ll also look at your brand and your website and benchmark your marketing against key ‘competitors’ or organisations we identify as ‘best in class’ so you are clear about where you are starting from and can set realistic aspirations about where you want to get to.
